The collections of the Nixon Library are located in two facilities - one in California and the other in Maryland.

• The Library contains multiple media types: Textual Materials, White House Tapes, and Audiovisual Materials.
  
  
• Through the virtual library, a small number of original materials are available directly on this site. This site offers researchers the tools needed to begin finding and ordering historical Nixon records and materials.
  
  
• Researchers interested in finding information within the Nixon Library should begin by identifying the media and use the Finding Aids specific to each type.
